Community guidelines

The same rules you see in the app.

What belongs here

• Tell the real story. Exit stories, layoffs, toxic managers, office politics. Share what actually happened.
• Name companies freely. You can name companies and public leaders. Stick to what you saw or experienced.

What doesn't

• No doxxing. Never share anyone's phone, address, family details or private documents. Instant removal.
• No harassment or hate. Criticise decisions, not people's identity. No threats, slurs or pile-ons.

Good to know

• Facts and opinions. Say "I think" for opinions. Presenting rumours as facts can be removed.
• AI moderation. Posts that name a private person or look risky are held for a quick review before going live.
• Strikes. Three strikes in 90 days pauses posting for 14 days. Serious violations end the account.
